However, investing in imaging equipment as well as building a properly shielded X-ray room that meets safety standards can be a major financial challenge. • 3 imaging systems imported from Europe for different types of scans: periapical X-ray (single tooth), panoramic X-ray (full jaw), and Cone Beam CT (3D)
• Patients are always provided with lead aprons to minimize exposure to X-ray radiation
• The imaging room walls are lead-lined to prevent radiation from affecting surrounding areas
• Images are stored digitally and only printed when necessary, helping reduce costs for patients. You also don’t need to carry films when visiting
• Modern software adjusts contrast and brightness for better visualization of structures
